You may also purchase tickets for a chance to win our annual quilt (photo below), proceeds help us offer programs and workshops to members and the community.

2024 Quilt Show Entry Form
Completing the Entry Form
The completed entry form must include a color photograph. One form per quilt.

Best option: Download the entry form from the guild website, complete the form, email the form and the photograph to Kyla Lemon at Kyla@quiltpixie.com.

Next Best option: Bring your quilt to the Guild Meeting on July 8 or August 12 and a photo will be taken for you. Turn in your entry form at the same time.

Good Option: Complete the paper entry form. Write your name, the name of the quilt, the dimensions of the quilt on the back of the photograph. Mail the entry form and the color photograph, no larger than 5”X7”, to: SQG Entry, PO Box 43, Standard CA 95373. Photographs will not be returned.
